    This book is well organized & full of great info. I has so much information that educates you on general cooking techniques, but also include lots of recipies that include nutritional information. It doesn’t include fancy pictures though, but it’s very informative & loased with tips. I bought a hard cover, which I like as well.

    I originally borrowed this book from the library, I liked it so much, I bought it. I found many healthy and easy to follow recipes, helpful hints, and step by step illustrations. Move over Betty Crocker, this would make a great first cookbook, or one for trying new techniques and revising old ones. Highly recommened!

    I’ve had this cookbook for over a year and it is without doubt the best one in my collection. The recipes are easy to follow and taste great. I’ve tried numerous ones over the year and every one I’ve tried has come out perfectly! In addition, there are pages of tips on how to prepare foods that any cook can find helpful. As part of a total weight loss program, this book is a must!
