I can finally cook and eat pasta again. One of the things I have missed the most since being diagnosed with diabetes is cooking Italian foods and eating my pasta. Noe that I have discovered Dreamfields pasta I can do it again!!! This pasta tastes great and doesn’t blow my blood sugars. My whole family loves the taste of this pasta too. The only sad thing is no local stores carry this but thanks to Amazon I can get this delivered and enjoy cooking and eating great meals that I love!!! Thank you Dreamfields and Amazon!

Great for diabetes. Plus it taste great. I like to use penne pasta for all kind of dishes, cold salads, casserols, and hot pasta dishes, if you under cook it just til it is al-dent-ta it holds up better if it is going to cooked a secound time or set in a liquid for very long. With its carb count only being 5 Gram -2oz. serving a person can eat about 6oz. and it be counted as 1 carb item per meal.
