these are good for a snack and also good for you inasmuch as they have no trans fat. each flavor is good — i personally prefer the apple, but the strawberry and blueberry are good as well.

We really like this product! They’re not too sweet and perfect for a breakfast on the go or a quick snack. This price is much better than our local health food store and the local grocery store.
