This is the VERY worst “non-stick” cooking pan I’ve ever owned. In the last 3 months, I’ve bought two of them. They both became “non-stick” almost immediately. And, if I did not know better, I would be convinced that–even with the most conscientious care–the cooking surface quickly develops an analogue to “smallpox” with attendant pitting. Were it a bit deeper, the result might serve as a planter for trailing ivy or somesuch. The exterior remains “newly-minted” in appearance. Caveat emptor…BIG time ! And, oh, I have to wonder about the health effects of ingested Xylan. I’ve probably taken in at least 10 grams, unwittingly.

The pan is very nice and its weight and size are what we are looking for. However, the Xylan Non-Stick paint is very lousy. Just after a couple of uses, the pan is already very sticky.
